Introduction to Home Serger Machine
The Serger Machine Workshop is the perfect way to take your sewing projects to the next level! A serger saves time while giving your seams a professional-quality finish. Designed for edge finishing and hemming a variety of fabrics—including formal wear, linens, and stretch materials—it’s also great for creating ruffles and decorative edges.
In this workshop, you’ll not only learn how to operate a serger but also how to use optional presser feet, such as the Elastic Foot, Cording Foot, Taping Foot, Blind Hem Foot, and Shirring Foot. By the end of class, serging will feel easy, fun, and incredibly fast!
📌 Prerequisite: Completion of the Introduction to Home Sewing Machine Workshop is required.
⚠️ Studio Machines Only: All students must use the serger machines provided in the studio. If you have a personal serger, we recommend booking a 2-Hour Personal Workshop for guidance on your specific machine.
